About The Broadmoor
The Broadmoor is located in northern San Leandro. It's boundaries are from East 14th street on the West to the 580 freeway on the East. It is bordered on the South by Dutton Avenue and on the North by Durant Avenue on nthe Oakland boundary. Historically, the eastern part was know as Hollywood, but now it is all The Broadmoor.
