Wednesday, May 14: Solar Community Meeting. SPG Solar works with communities to develop community solar communities. Programs include the successful Go Solar Marin and developing programs in Sonoma and Yuba counties. Come learn what it takes to go solar. All interested San Leandro residents are welcome. 7-9 p.m., All Saints' Episcopal Church at 911 Dowling Blvd. Feel free to stay for the BNA Board meeting after the event.

The 2008 15th Annual San Leandro North Area Home and Garden Tour is June 8, 12 to 4 pm. The tour will feature beautiful homes in the Broadmoor, Estudillo, and LeBrun Estates. The annual Home & Garden Tour is a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon, get decorating ideas, meet old and new neighbors, and help our community. July: Ice Cream Social. Date to be determined.

Tuesday, August 5: National Night Out. Host a block party on your block. The
BNA will sponsor your party paying for receipts up to $50 a block. The BNA
also works with Target, the national sponsor, to get you party supplies.

October TBD: Meet and Greet the Candidates. The BNA will once again be
hosting a candidate night. Come hear what they have to say about our fair
city and meet the candidates over refreshments after the program.

Wednesday, October 8: BNA Board Election. This is the year to elect your new
officers. Come to this meeting and help continue our active neighborhood¹s
forward momentum.
