Secondary Dwelling Units Now Allowed in
Single Family Residential Neighborhoods
The San Leandro City Council has amended the Zoning Code to allow
Secondary Dwelling Units through ministerial review in ANY residential district,
subject to certain criteria as outlined in the new Ordinance.
